// WHAT'S IN THE PACKAGE

The capability and prequal package

Procurement teams gate on the same short list of documents before a directional drilling contractor ever touches the field. We keep all of it current and send it as one package, so your prequal step does not slow your schedule. Request it and we email it over.

What you receive

  • Class A license verification for California, Oregon, and Washington. License numbers are provided on request and can be checked directly against each state contractor board.
  • Certificate of insurance at $5M / $2M, with additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements issued to your holder and language. Limits are scalable when a project calls for more.
  • EMR letter from our carrier confirming the 0.86 experience modification rate, with zero OSHA recordables over the last three years.
  • Written safety program and frac-out plan, including our inadvertent-return procedure: geotech read, drilling-fluid program, monitoring, containment, and contingency in writing.
  • ISN and Avetta connection, so your team can pull our safety statistics, insurance, and program documents directly inside the system you already run.
  • Equipment list covering our owner-operated rigs, vacuum-excavation fleet, and support equipment.
  • W-9 for vendor setup.
  • References from comparable utility-scale work, provided on request.

ISN vs Avetta, and how to connect

Both ISN and Avetta are contractor-management platforms that EPCs, developers, and GCs use to verify a subcontractor's safety record, insurance, and compliance before awarding work. They do the same job in different ecosystems, and which one you use is usually set by your program, not by us. We maintain an active account in both.

  • If your program runs on ISN, add RMDT as a contractor connection and your hiring-client dashboard will surface our safety statistics, COI, and safety program for review. Need our contractor ID to send the connection request? Ask and we will send it the same day.
  • If your program runs on Avetta, send us the connection invite or your client code and we will accept it, which puts our prequalification data in front of your team inside Avetta. We keep our profile current so there is nothing to chase.

Either way, the connection is the fastest path. Once we are linked in your system, your procurement team reviews verified documents at the source instead of trading PDFs.

Additional-insured and COI turnaround

Insurance is usually the last thing standing between award and mobilization, so we treat it that way. Send us the holder, the exact additional-insured and endorsement language your contract requires, and any project-specific limit, and we turn the certificate around quickly. Standard $5M / $2M certificates with additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements are routine, and we scale limits on request when a crossing or owner agreement calls for more.

Prequal cleared, COI in hand, frac-out plan in writing. The underground scope is ready to mobilize before your gate even closes.

For the safety detail behind these numbers, see our safety record. To learn how the company is built around owner-operated crews, see about RMDT. When you are ready, request the package and we will send it over.

// PREQUAL FAQ

Procurement questions, answered

Are you prequalified in ISN and Avetta?

Yes. RMDT maintains active prequalification in both ISN and Avetta. Add our connection in whichever system your program uses and you can pull our safety statistics, insurance, and program documents directly. If you need our contractor ID or a connection request, ask and we will send it the same day.

Can RMDT be named as additional insured?

Yes. We carry $5M / $2M coverage and issue certificates of insurance with additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements on request. Limits are scalable when a project requires more. Send your COI requirements and the holder and additional-insured language and we will turn it around quickly.

Do you hold Class A contractor licenses?

Yes. RMDT holds Class A contractor licenses in California, Oregon, and Washington. License numbers are provided on request and can be verified directly with each state board. We are bi-coastal with West-coast crews and a Central New York presence.

How fast can you turn a COI?

Send us the holder, the additional-insured and endorsement language, and any project-specific limit requirements, and we turn the certificate around quickly. Standard $5M / $2M certificates with additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements are routine; higher limits are arranged on request.
